Hi! According to tracking your package was delivered to the front door/porch. Of course it is quite possible USPS delivered it to the wrong address. We have shipped thousands of orders over time and while we do experience few shipping hiccups, I would say that 9 out of 10 times the package gets delivered to a neighbor in those circumstances. However, we will gladly send you a replacement order and initiate a claim with the delivery service for the mishandled delivery. We strive to make all of our customers happy and while delivery of the package is ulimately out of our control, we will send a replacment to make sure the customer is not left empty-handed!
My daughter loved this cute hair towel. It was a little bit smaller than I expected but it worked for my 11 year old daughter. It did a good job of keeping her pj back mostly dry. She absolutely loves cats and loved the headband and tail that was attached to the towel. I am so glad I stumbled upon this ad on Facebook. I am a satisfied customer and would buy this product again. Looks just like the advertised picture.

I have long hair and have been looking for a product like this, so I was really excited to order this. Unfortunately, it is designed poorly and does not really work as intended. The towel is too narrow at the base of the head, so the neck and upper back are not shielded from wet hair! This manufacturer should remember that long hair does not taper at the base of the head! It's spread out. Basic physics concepts should be applied in designing this product! Also, the headband flattens the hair in front. A better way to hold the towel in place is through a strap or button that clips around the neck - sort of like a salon cape. With all these flaws, this towel was not worth the money.
Hi I am sorry you were not happy with you order. However, it does appear you purchased one of our kids designs. We do have a ladies version which is wider, longer and has an adjustable headband so that you can make it at tight or loose as you'd like. My 10 year old long-haired daughter and I love this towel- it’s brilliant! It fits her well but the headband is a little tight on my head so I usually wear it around my neck instead (like a cape, still works!). I see they now have an adjustable headband style so I will be purchasing that for me next! Customer service is also fantastic! Our first order got lost in the mail and this company was kind and quick to help and made sure we got our towel! I can see us being repeat customers for sure, as these would also make great birthday gifts for her friends who are all super into skin care routines and accessories!
My little one loves this! She hates cold damp hair on her back so this has saved us lots of tears.
We bought the Jada Bow Towel back gift box for 3 of our granddaughters and they absolutely love them. They are very well made and serve the purpose! No more wet shirts and they were very excited about that. The bath bombs were a great addition to the package along with the brush that came with it. I would highly recommend these for anyone that has young girls.
We got these for our 7 girls, and they thought they were amazing. They hate that their shirts got so wet after their showers but now with this on it keeps their backs dry. Best thing ever! We are not going to buy them for all of our grandbabies with the fun animal bands. I would highly recommend these for anyone with medium to long hair and so fun for kids too. Can't wait to give them out to our grands at Christmas. Customer service and delivery was amazing!
